Steel Wire Armoring Machine
This is planetary type steel wire Armoring machine specially designed and used for metal wire Armoring process for wire and cables.
The round wires for armoring can be:

Features of our Steel Wire Armoring Machine
1. Provide much better steel wire armoring effect than rigid strander or drum twister.
2. Planetary type stranding process with 100% back-twist to remove the wire internal stress, which can avoid the armoring wires loose.
3. Release torsion of the armored cables, which can prevent the steel wire armored cables from radial twisting when laying the cables in projects.
4. Tension in each wire pay-off bobbin is easily adjusted and uniform, the armoring layer will not wire jump or bulge, which greatly improve the quality and efficiency of production.
5. With a special designed pre-former, which is adjustable to make the steel wires become a spiral shape matching with the diameter and pitch of the cable, so that the armored steel wire is not easy to loose.
6. Provide much better armoring effect than steel wire armoring by rigid strander or drum twister.
7. Can make both single layer and double layers of steel wire armoring process.
8. Individual motor drive system, high working efficiency, intelligent computing parameters.
