Rigid frame Copper Wire Screening Machine
This machine is mainly used for Copper wire Screening for wire and cable with Copper taping and Non-metallic taping.
It can also be used for copper wire or aluminium wire stranding, and steel wire armoring for wire and cable.
In the past 10 years, we have totally installed over 50 sets of copper wire screening machines serving our wire and cable customers.

1. Rigid frame type Copper wire Screening machine, which runs much faster.
• Rigid frame adopts entire assembling structure.
• Specially designed rigid frame thimble hole to ensure concentricity and avoid tension problem.
• Improved bobbin clamping structure, more stable and reliable bobbin clamp.
2. Wire Pay-off bobbin available from Φ315-Φ500.
3. The stranding cage and the taping heads are driven by individual motor.
• No need transmission gearbox and ground shafts, machines run much faster.
• Simplify the mechanical structure and lower the maintenance difficulty.
• Significantly reduce the Energy Consumption and running noise.
• Stranding pitch is stepless continuously adjustable.
4. The center main shaft is a thick-walled whole length of seamless steel tube, not welded.
5. Stranding cage has Front and back dual supporter, stranding capstan is made of thick steel plate.
6. Equipped with Wire-break detection device to stop the machine once any wire breaks.
7. SIEMENS PLC + HMI electrical control system.
