Cradle type Laying-up Machine
This is Cradle type Cabling machine used for stranding & cabling all kinds of cables up to 7 cable cores with non-metallic taping and metal taping processes. The cable cores can be round shape or fan-shaped.
This cradle type laying-up machine is suitable to produce below cables:
• Middle and low voltage Power cables
• Control cables
• Communication cables
• Mining cables

Features of our Cradle type Laying-up Machine
1. Bobbins in cradles available from 500mm up to 2000mm.
2. Individual AC motor drive the machine, reduce running noise and lower the maintenance difficulty.
3. Stranding & cabling pitch is continuously stepless adjustable.
4. Both ends of the Stranding cage have big bearing supported with a thick-walled seamless steel tube to ensure faster and stable running.
5. Stranding & cabling process with or without back-twist can be switched so that can make both round cable and segment conductor cable.
6. For back-twist method, gear back-twist mechanism or crank-shaft mechanism is optional.
7. Non-metallic taping and metallic taping are optional upon request.
8. SIEMENS PLC + HMI Electrical control system.
