This is specially designed multi-purpose planetary type stranding and cabling machine for cabling Power cord up to 6 cores and stranding Signal control cables up to 6 cores.

Features of our Multi-purpose Planetary Cabler & Strander
1. Can be used for cabling Power cord up to 6 cores as well as Signal control cable up to 6 cores.
2. The 1250/6B+630/6B stranding cage is an integral structure.
3. Individual AC motor drive the machine, which makes the maintenance easy.
4. Stranding & cabling pitch is continuously stepless adjustable.
5. Both ends of the Stranding cage have big bearings supported with a thick-walled seamless steel tube to ensure faster and stable running.
6. Tension of each single wire is closed-loop PID Hysteresis control, which can keep constant tension from bobbin full to empty.
7. Equipped with cable filling applicator for filling flame retarded PP filler yarn.
8. Equipped with taping head for wrapping flame retarded tapes.
9. SIEMENS PLC + HMI (or IPC) control the complete line.
