Planetary Cabling Machine
This is planetary type Cabling machine used for stranding & cabling all kinds of cables up to 7 cable cores with non-metallic taping and metal taping processes. The cable cores can be round shape or fan-shaped.
This planetary cabling machine is suitable to produce below cables:
• Middle and low voltage Power cables
• Control cables
• Communication cables
• Mining cables

Features of our Planetary Cabling Machine
1. Bobbins in cradles available from 500mm up to 2000mm.
2. Individual AC motor drive the machine, reduce running noise and lower the maintenance difficulty.
3. Stranding & cabling pitch is continuously stepless adjustable.
4. Both ends of the Stranding cage have big bearing supported with a thick-walled seamless steel tube to ensure faster and stable running.
5. Stranding & cabling process with or without back-twist can be switched so that can make both round cable and segment conductor cable.
6. For back-twist method, gear back-twist mechanism or crank-shaft mechanism is optional.
7. Non-metallic taping and metallic taping are optional upon request.
8. SIEMENS PLC + HMI Electrical control system.
