Submarine Cable Laying-up Machine
This vertical type Laying-up machine is used for laying-up large section and long length Submarine cables. Such as:
• Submarine power cable,
• Submarine Optical fiber composite cable,
• Umbilical optical cable.
It also can be used for laying-up common plastic cables and crosslink cables, as well as making steel wire Armouring with bitumen filling.
Features of our Submarine Cable Laying-up Machine
1. Vertical type structure instead of traditional horizontal type structure, which highly expands the setting space.
2. Large diameter turn plate can load large Pay-off drum to increase the submarine cable production range.
3. Max single cable OD is 140mm, max cable laying-up diameter is up to 300mm.
4. Max single produced 110kv submarine cable length can be as long as 40km.
5. Motorized cable pay-off, and motorized back twist or non-motorized back twist can be switched.
6. Independent motorized, each part is individual motor drive and controlled separately.
7. SIEMENS PLC control the whole line to ensure stable and accurate stranding pitch.
8. HMI operation, each parameter can be set on the touch screen.
