Mechanical advantages of our Rigid stranding machines:
1. Rigid frame adopts screw & bolts assembling structure, which can effectively reduce the steel plate deformation and stress caused by welding, increase the overall rigid frame strength.
2. The center shaft is connected with the stranding capstan by expansion sleeves, Concentricity is better than welded structure to ensure high speed running.
3. The rigid cage adopts finish machining, with static balancing after assembly.
4. The main gear box is specially designed and improved for high-speed rigid stranders.
5. The base frame of our rigid stranders adopt thick rectangular tubes welded, which can increase the stability than normal welded channel steel.

Electrical advantages of our Rigid stranding machines:
1. Rigid stranding machine will stop at once there is any wire breaks, which bobbin wire breaks can be displayed on the HMI so that operator can solve the problem very quickly to continue production.
2. Single wire tension is controlled by Japanese proportional valve to keep constant tension from bobbin full to empty.
3. Grating encoder feedback to ensure transmission accuracy and stable stranding pitch.
4. SIEMENS PLC + HMI Electrical control system, PROFIBUS communication, each production parameter can be set on the HMI and the PLC will calculate automatically.
