Planetary Stranding Machine
This planetary type wire stranding machine is used for Stranding of Copper wire, Aluminum wire with 100% back-twist to make copper strand, aluminum strand or ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced).
Planetary stranding machine is also widely used for stranding plastic insulated cores to make control cables, communication cables.
It can also be used for steel wire armoring process after proper modification.

Features of our Planetary Stranding Machine
1. Planetary type stranding process with 100% back-twist to remove the wire internal stress.
2. Particularly suitable for single wire that cannot bear torsional moment, such as optical fiber, Aluminum-clad steel wire and restranded wire.
3. Each wire pay-off tension from bobbin is easily adjusted and uniform, the wire will not jump or bulge, which greatly improve the quality and efficiency of production.
4. Both ends of the Stranding cage have big bearing supported with a thick-walled seamless steel tube.
5. Individual motor drive system, each stranding cage is driven by an individual ACVF motor.
6. Stranding pitch is continuously stepless adjustable.
7. SIEMENS PLC + SIEMENS HMI electrical control system, intelligent computing parameters.
8. With decades of manufacture experience, all parts of the entire stranding system have been improved constantly.
9. German ZF Hysteresis tension system is optional, which can provide non-contact torque output to achieve constant tension from bobbin full to empty. High accuracy, high stability.
