Concentric Non-metallic Taping Head
This is concentric type Taping machine for high speed Lapping and Taping non-metallic tapes or metal foils on wires of cables. Mostly applied for taping mica tapes.
This taping head is suitable for below tapes:
- Polyester tapes,
- Non-woven tape or Mica tapes
- Copper foil or Steel foil
- Aluminum-plastic composite tapes

1. Concentric type taping, high speed up to 1000rpm.
2. Designed for copper and steel foils, textile, PE, paper as well as other non-metal tapes.
3. The taping machine is individual AC motor drive.
4. Tape pad diamater available from 400mm to 600mm.
5. Stepless speed change and Taping pitch is Stepless adjustable.
6. Tension controller and electromagnetic brake system.
7. Without shaft transmission and no need lubricating oil.
8. PLC + HMI control system is available.
