This is Cantilever type Take-up or Pay-off machine used for wire and cable manufacture processes such as wire Extruding line or wire Stranding line.
It can also be used for winding and rewinding line with easy installation.

1. Cantilever type structure, shaftless loading and unloading bobbin or drum.
2. Independent Hydraulic lifting system, double hydraulic cylinders.
3. Motor electric bobbin clamping with overload protection.
4. Pay-off brake can be disc brake, pneumatic brake or magnetic brake.
5. Take-up motor can be ACVF motor or Servo motor.
6. Traverse adopt Servo motor with ball screw to provide high precision wire traversing.
7. SIEMENS HMI + PLC electric control system for speed synchronization in wire & cable making processes.
