This planetary type stranding machine is specially designed and used for Stranding & Cabling Insulated Cores with 100% back-twist, the tension for each wire has high requirement.
It can also be used for cable laying-up process up to 7 cores.

3. Wire pay-off tension from each bobbin is controlled by Servo motor, each wire tension can be adjusted and displayed online.
4. Both ends of the Stranding cage have big bearing supported with a thick-walled seamless steel pipe.
5. Stranding pitch is continuously stepless adjustable.
6. With non-metallic and metallic taping processes online.
7. SIEMENS PLC + SIEMENS HMI electrical control system, intelligent computing parameters.
8. Equipped with advanced wire-break detection and alarm system, which can detect each broken wire and display on HMI, and stop the machine at once.
